Account Executive - Inside Sales
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle entire inside sales process from Lead to close.
- Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads,
account status, forecast.
- Solicits and maintains contact with prospective members.
- Develop and generate new client leads through prospecting, cold
calls, etc.
- Sell the organization's products and/or services to established
customers or new prospects.
- Consultative Selling: understanding the concerns and needs of
the client.
- Attend special training on products and/or systems to improve
effectiveness. Demonstrate competency through
certification/testing.
Qualifications:
- 5 - 8 years of sales experience
- 4 year degree
- Must have demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding
sales quotas
- Must have ability to develop strong rapport with potential
clients over the phone
- Experience using Salesforce.com to manage a pipeline
- Experience selling in a business to consumer environment
- Capability to build a strong rapport with potential clients as
well as existing clients
- Must possess excellent communications skills
- Ability to cold call and develop client relationships
